This is the mechanical treatment of the surface and medium depth wrinkles, color (pigmentation) changes and acne and surface disorderlinesses of past scars.

Technically the revolving tipped head section of the dermabrator is appliedto the skin and the peeling of the upper layers of the skin is provided in a controlled manner. It is applied in a single session. The duration of the attempt is approximately 1 hour. It can be applied under local anesthesia, intravascular sedation or general anesthesia. Returning to work happens in 2 weeks, it make take 3 months for the pinkness in the face to disappear.

Main risks are infection, allergy, reappearance of the past herpes, color (pigmentation) changes and sometimes permanent scars.
